We commissioned Lucy from Corset Laced Mannequins to make us a model for our new shop – she is called Betty, is absolutely gorgeous and as she is covered in our Darts fabric with fuchsia lacing on the back, she is called Darting Betty – a very racy little number!
Lucy made the mannequins seen on ‘The Paradise’ now airing on TV on Sundays BBC1 – and we are sure that Clara and Denise would approve of our version.

Feast your eyes on our Deckchecks! Our new gingham fabrics come in a range of beautiful colours to co-ordinate with some of our best selling stripes. They are perfect for making curtains, blinds and soft furnishings. Deckchecks look particularly delightful when they’re made into table cloths ready for a summer lunch!
Deckchairstripes have made it to Hollywood again. This time in the brand new Jim Carrey and Steve Carell movie Incredible Burt Wonderstone
Check us out at 1.58 onwards. We supplied several different fabrics for the movie including Cricket and Javelin and it was Cricket that featured in this scene. This is just one of the films and media we have featured in, Nanny McPhee and the Big Bang being a bit of an office favourite.
It looks like it going to be a stripey spring with more to come.

For those of you who prefer the ‘Retro’ look of days gone by we can cover our Deckchairs with any of our vintage look deckchair fabrics for you. These will appeal to those of you who want a fifties feel to your covers instead of more modern interpretations, but with brand new canvas.
If you have an existing traditional wooden folding deckchair that needs recovering and would like to recover it yourself with a vintage look, you will need 1.5 metres of fabric and a pack of upholstery nails – select from our Vintage Deckchair Canvas range
We have some lovely bobble fringes which you can trim a deckchair canopy with if your deckchair has one!
Specially for all you patchworkers and quilters out there we have updated our range of fabric squares and bundles to include not only many of our new cotton striped fabrics but they now contain 12 squares of fabric not 10 which is over half a metre of fabric
We also have some patchwork fabric bundles which contain around 10 colours of Interior Stripes weighing approx 500gms, each strip or piece is a different size.
Each fabric bundle is different and completely random!
